Villa Oliva is located in an olive grove and is bright, spacious and characterised by a warm atmosphere. The large windows offer breathtaking lake views from every point of the villa.
The building has 350 m² of living space and consists of one flat on two floors and two independent flats connected to the main flat. LignoAlp was responsible for the entire execution of the timber construction, from the technical planning, prefabrication and assembly to the turnkey handover.
