Energy-efficient: terraced houses made of wood with a modern alpine flair were realised in Selvino.
The reinterpretation of the existing buildings that characterised the area before its urban development is intended to bring a new architectural style to the area. The terraced houses were built in timber construction and prove to be particularly energy-efficient and environmentally conscious. Half of the demand for hot water is provided by solar panels, while one fifth of the energy demand comes from photovoltaic systems.
