Mountain Hut Oberholz as the "face" of South Tyrol

Famous: The Oberholz mountain hut, an award-winning project planned by Arch. Peter Pichler & Arch. Pavol Mikolajcak and realised by LignoAlp, is the motif of the new South Tyrol campaign.

South Tyrol is a holiday destination, a land of origin for agricultural products and a location for industry and crafts. On 15 October, the brand campaign "What makes South Tyrol so unique" was launched, in which South Tyrol presents itself for the first time with all these core competences and thus completes the transformation from a destination brand to a "regional brand". The campaign focuses on South Tyrol's people, who are equally relevant for all economic sectors and the basis for the success of our province. According to surveys, guests, shoppers and customers choose South Tyrol and no other region because they are looking for certain qualities that they attribute to South Tyroleans. The core message of the new campaign is: The really good things come from special encounters.

The photo shoot for the campaign took place at the Oberholz mountain hut with architect Peter Pichler and LignoAlp Managing Director Walter Capovilla. The brand campaign is aimed at a large target group. It will not only appear in print, but will also be broadcast on television. In Italy, the campaign will run until mid-December on the channels Rai1, LA7, Sky and Canale 5 as well as in the magazines "La Repubblica", "Corriere della Sera", "Il Sole 24 Ore", "Il Vaticano" and "Panorama".
In the most important German-speaking markets, the campaign will run until the end of November on ARD, ZDF, Sat1 and Pro7, among others. In print, the advert will appear in "Der Spiegel", "Die Zeit", "Welt am Sonntag" as well as "Der Standard", "Die Presse" and "Profil".
